Guarantee


Our products are manufactured to meet AIREY's high-quality standards. All products
have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. When an object is returned within
the warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new product by AIREY at no extra cost.
Exchange will be made within a reasonable time after the object has been returned. If
your object has a defect that falls within the scope of the warranty, please contact
either the reseller where you purchased the jewellery or our customer service by
email on contact@aireyjewellery.com. For faster handling, you may include the
following information:
Order number
Images of the object and its damage, taken from different distances as this will
facilitate the return process in the assessment stage.
AIREY assures the customer that the object has appropriate qualities for usability,
reliability, and durability. The AIREY Guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Defects and damage as a result of loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster
    (contact with water should be avoided).
  • Faults or damage caused by improper use, negligence (chock, indents,
    crushing, wear, scratches etc.) or accidents.
  • Faults or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification by a third
    party without the consent of AIREY.
  • Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g.
    minor scratches, discolouration of the material etc.)

Exchanges and returns

AIREY offers 14 days full refund. A return processing fee of 59 SEK will be applied to all returns and deducted from your refund.

A full refund applies only if the product has not been used and its conditions are new. You have the right to exchange your product for another at the same price, at a lower price, or to get your money back. In cases where the product has been used, AIREY is entitled to establish a deduction amount for the decline in value or to deny the return. The right of cancellation does not apply to sales products. When making a return, you are also liable to inform Klarna about this to avoid any payment reminder fees. AIREY is not responsible for any late payment fees.
